First, download the current racer application form from the - Membership Forms & Info Page
Then print the application and fill it in, or you can fill in electronically with Adobe Reader prior to printing the required hard copy. In the race license section check "New Racer" and under "NRS school completed" notate "AFM NRS 2017". That will get you signed up for the AFM NRS program at eligible rounds. Then get the entry notarized (you must sign the notary portion at time of notarization, not before) and mail it in to the address in the application. You can submit it by email after scanning, but we still need to have the notarized original hard copy in our hands via mail prior to the race weekend.
* NOTE: Cutoff for submission of NRS application is the same as race pre-entry (Thursday prior to that race round). We MUST receive mailed hard copy of NRS application on or before that date or you will not be enrolled in AFM NRS for that round.
** NOTE: Make Sure To Fill In The Application Completely! We need to have all info fully completed in the racer application, medical info, release of info signature, credit card billing info (or check included with app), etc… Please complete the entire form before submitting (Notary section must be completed in the presence of the notary).
*** NOTE: Credit Cards will be charged the $99 NRS fee on the Monday prior to the event.
